And it is difficult when it is not your pendulum that you are trying to sway the other way.
You don’t necessarily have a full grasp on all of the facts or the metal rod; you don’t necessarily have the strength to know exactly what you have to say or the strength to takes sides and push, especially while trying not to swing the vote; nor do you exactly have the preparedness to take on the speeding impact of the situation heading towards you to begin with.
But, one may find, that patience, forgiveness, openmindedness, courteousness, and the honest truth is the best way to consider grasping that delicate alloy of time and proceed by gracefully swinging it back towards the positive side of the axis of the relationship. And it will rock on back to the other side, continuing by taking a breath and relaxing back into a more recognizable and friendly pattern of oscillating- far more welcomed than a storm of discomfort and aggressiveness.
The best one can wish, is that they may take that power, and the set the momentum of the clock back to its regular tick-tocking of potential energy.
